Effective April 2026, Turkish Airlines will launch flights from Istanbul to Timisoara, Romania. The new route will be operated 5 times weekly with Boeing 737-800s. Tickets are already on sale.

Timișoara will become the 4th Romanian city in the Turkish Airlines network, alongside Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, and Constanța. With Istanbul as a gateway to the world, travellers from Timișoara will enjoy smooth connections to major business destinations and popular leisure destinations worldwide.
